May 7, 2021—Today, The Pokémon Company International released new V Battle Decks featuring Victini V and Gardevoir V for the best-selling Pokémon Trading Card Game. The products can be found around the world at participating retailers.
Available in two versions starring Victini V and Gardevoir V, each V Battle Deck provides everything a Trainer needs to play a game, including a standard 60-card deck, three reference cards, damage counters, a large metallic coin, deck box, playmat, rules booklet, and Quick Guide to help players learn winning strategies.
In addition, Trainers will be able to pick up the V Battle Deck—Victini vs. Gardevoir bundle version, which offers two ready-to-play decks and accessories, so they can easily jump into a Pokémon TCG battle with family and friends. The V Battle Deck—Victini vs. Gardevoir comes with eight additional Trainer cards, including two foil cards.
V Battle Decks are perfect for Trainers who started learning how to play the game with Battle Academy, the first-ever board game adaptation of the Pokémon TCG, and want to take their gameplay skills to the next level. These decks also make great companions and extensions to Battle Academy, as Trainers can swap out the cards in the board game with those in the V Battle Decks.
