Geek & Sundry and The Pokémon Company International to Launch ‘The Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet—Stellar Crown Showdown’ Mini-Series

Premiering Starting Today Exclusively on Geek & Sundry’s YouTube Channel

BURBANK — September 24, 2024 — Today, Geek & Sundry and Legendary Digital Networks in collaboration with The Pokémon Company International announced a special three-episode digital mini-series, “The Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet—Stellar Crown Showdown,” premiering exclusively on Geek & Sundry’s YouTube channel beginning Tuesday, Sept. 24. Hosted by Geek & Sundry’s resident Pokémon superfan, Alison Mattingly, the “Scarlet & Violet—Stellar Crown Showdown” invites celebrity guests into the studio for engaging conversations about their careers, personal lives, and their love of Pokémon—all while playing a friendly match of the Pokémon TCG.
 
The mini-series will feature celebrity guests, starting with Terry Crews (“America’s Got Talent”) on Sept. 24, followed by Jacob Batalon (“Spider-Man: No Way Home”) on Oct. 1, and Abigail Breslin (“Zombieland”) on Oct. 8. Each episode will showcase the dazzling Scarlet & Violet—Stellar Crown expansion, offering both new fans and seasoned players a unique way to experience the latest Pokémon TCG expansion in action. Expect epic matches, fascinating conversations, and a deeper dive into the world of the globally popular Pokémon TCG!
 
Geek & Sundry will also offer a special surprise for Pokémon TCG Live players. Fans can tune in to each episode to find out more!
